How to join?
Joining is simple - create a profile - click here or find the Profile icon in the main menu, and you are in!
How can I earn points?
There are several ways to earn points:
1. Refer us to your friends by sending them your unique link (you will find this link in your Profile).
2. Make a purchase for a specific amount and get back in points.
Periodically, we may have other offers. See the active offers in your Profile by clicking on the Wallet icon found on the lower part of your screen.
How can I refer you?
1. After creating a Profile, you will find the unique link in your Profile page. Send this link to your friends!
2. After clicking on the link, your friends will need to create their own Profile - and they will get a welcome gift in the form of a discount coupon, as well.
3. You'll earn store points after they make their first purchase. These points will be active after 16 days (due to the return policy).
Where can I see my points?
A. In your Profile page.
B. By clicking on the wallet icon in the lower part of the screen (you need to be logged in).
How can I use my points?
You can use the points to get a discount on your next purchase.
During checkout, make sure that the "Store Credit" checkmark is checked.
IMPORTANT: If you don't see the option to use store credit, make sure you are logged in.
Can I use my points straight away?
1. Points earned due to you placing an eligible order can be used straight away.
2. Points earned from referring your friends will be active 16 days after them placing their first order (this is due to the return window).
Who can join?
Everyone can join! Create a profile, and you are enrolled automatically.
Do the points expire?
Yes, the points expire after 90 days. So be sure to use them before that!
Can I lose my points?
1. When the points/store credit expires, they are removed from your Profile.
2. In case the order that generated your points is returned/refunded, the points associated with this order are deducted from your Profile.
What is not allowed?
It is not allowed to abuse the program, for example, by placing fraudulent orders, making repeated returns, requestion unjustified refunds.
If we notice such behaviour, your points and store credit are annulled, and your participation in the program is cancelled.
